I’ve started a Facebook Fan Page and even have a Myspace page for my business. Also, I host a blog through wordpress.com and my website through SmugMug.com. I’ve linked all four of these together and was just hoping for some suggestions to market my new business a little more thoroughly. ALSO – if you have any suggestions for creative ideas to get a photography business off the ground and soaring, please feel free to let me know your thoughts! I appreciate all the help!

The only free place I know of is Craigslist.
And it’s not exactly the best place to advertise because it’s overrun by photographers willing to work for free or ultra cheap.

Advertise! Maybe even offer a special that if they book a session they get a mini session free for a friend? It’s word of mouth and that helps a alot!
Also check with your local recreation department about doing sports, that has really helped my business!
