You should try hosting your own blog using free services. It's quite easy. First, you will need a domain. It's impossible to get top level domains for free, so I'd suggest using a subdomain instead. You could get a subdomain free at http://www.co.cc/?id=151651

Second, you will need a free web host that would support the installation of WordPress. I use 000webhost because of it's wealth of features and ease of use. You can register at http://www.000webhost.com/81167.html for a free account. When you do so, make sure to link it to the free domain you registered for earlier. The only requirement to keep your 000webhost account active is that you login at least once every month. It's nothing compared to the returns you get.

Lastly, install WordPress into your new free hosting account from http://wordpress.org/ via FTP. You should be able to set it up with a few readings from it's readme text.

Good luck!
References :
http://surfpaid.co.cc/go/freedomain

If you use blogger.com, etc.. they may need a cut on your ad earnings. Best is to have your own domain and use adsense.
References :
http://www.solutionpoint.in

I'd put google adsense on your website if you want to be paid.

Now do you have any idea how to get bigger? (buy a domain, do your own hosting, setup the correct meta tags, advertise the site, etc.)

I recently hired a guy with 10,000,000 youtube hits, but I'm going for big business.

In your case....you have to spend money to make money. Anyone who says different is a moron.

Its all up to you. If you want to get paid by advertising, google adsense is the way to go.
References :
A business....god
