Blogging tool from MS office applications.?

I am Arvin, I work in a professional services firm.
I need suggestions on how to create a blogging tool from MS office application (excel, word etc). This tool would accessed by my team members. Since I cannot afford to create a webpage and stuff to do this, I want it to be a simple tool, which people can access over the internet/intranet.
Please feel free to post your ideas and suggestions to me. I appreciate all your help.
