Google Adsense is the best advertising instrument used over internet now. But coping up with the TOS of Google Adsense is very tough. We should be very carefull while driving up with google Adsense. You mean put another advertise resources at your site?
i think its easy.just put a news at your site..example:

`adverstise your website on this page`.Call this number xxx-xxxxx-xxxx`

if the visitors of your website want to promote their product or website,they can call you by use the contact number that you give.

but this way will be success if you have a high traffic to your site.make sure you have a high traffic before you want to give offer of the advertising.people will be more interested to invest money for advertising if the site has a high traffic.
