all hit counter provider website provides with HTML code you have to copy paste that code in your blog. for that select "add a gadget" in your layout section of blog. then select the insert HTML/Java code gadget.and paste the code in the space provided.now save the blog and preview the blog.you can move your gadget up/down wherever you want.

Myspace has a blog visit counter, though. Maybe you should set up an account with Myspace and paste a copy of your Google blogs into there and see what your average audience ranks.
